We have a small bakery in enumclaw wash. we had been supplied with red lentils, from eastern washington, via, country farmers market (enumclaw) we would like to continue with these, but hard to find, any suggestions???

Hi Aaron, thanks for visiting the blog. I’d suggest talking with the USA Dry Pea & Lentil folks in Moscow, Idaho. They were helpful to be a couple of years back when I had some lentil questions. Also, there are a number of great small organic farmers in the Tri-Cities area who may have lentils. I really like Alvarez Farms in Mabton, WA. Google lists their phone number as (509) 837-2381. They may be able to point you to another small grower if they don’t do the red lentils you want.
