One of our favorite local eaters, Scott Jurek, reports that he snapped up fifty pounds of local organic grub during a recent visit to his neighborhood farmer’s market, then hauled it all home on his bike. In case you’re not up on your extreme athletes, Scott’s the world-class ultramarathoner with seven Western States 100 mile race wins under his belt, among others.
